Chapter XXXI

It is necessary for the incarnate to do their part – A fact which occurred on another sphere – Appearance of missionaries in visible form who will engage in dialogues – The dissidents – Therefore, may your will be done – Everyone is finally saved

            Several thousands of Lord Jesus’ emissaries are already on Earth to assist all men and women during its phase of transformation which will convert this small sphere into a spiritualized world. Possessing great luminosity, these Entities offered to cooperate with the task of providing spiritual help to our incarnate brothers during the emergencies that could happen at any moment and in any part. However, there are some things which only our incarnate brothers can do, as repeatedly mentioned. Since they depend exclusively on the individual, it is necessary that each does his part to be able to receive assistance when the time comes. Due to the fact that these coming times will unfold in a way as to decide everything in a matter of seconds or minutes, they will not permit great reflections.

            This is the reason why the Lord’s emissaries are already on Earth: to assist and receive those who might find themselves in the midst of the annunciated events. In view of this, the incarnate brothers who prepare themselves while there is still time will be well aware and ready to go through such events with the greatest tranquility possible.

            While these lines are being written, some mournful events have just taken place in this country (Brazil) as a result of excessively lengthy pluvial discharges. Such events ended numerous lives and destroyed homes which constituted the only fortune of their humble residents. (1) Being part of the plans of modification of the earth’s topography, they could reoccur here or elsewhere. All victimized souls received the needed spiritual assistance organized for such moments. Survivors can calm down as far as departed souls are concerned because they are tenderly received and properly accommodated in the spiritual plane to which they belong.

            I will now refer to a fact which occurred various centuries ago in a sphere inhabited by spiritual beings similar to those inhabiting the Earth, who also searched for new lights for their spiritual diadem, just like the earthlings. Since there were plans to implant a series of needed improvements in such a sphere, for the greater comfort of its inhabitants, the right time for that to happen had arrived.

            Since such beings already possessed certain mediumistic faculties, which they had developed openly, it was decided that numerous missionary Entities would materialize among them with the objective of talking with live voices about the ongoing plans. The appearance of such materialized Entities caused unusual excitement among them in the beginning because they thought it could mean the end of their beautiful planet, as divulged by the poetic imagination of some of them, although it was just pure fantasy.

The great majority received the first Entities in visible form in the sense imagined by their poets. However, as the excitement of their imagination lessened with the passing of days, they started to pay more attention to the words of the materialized Entities. Since you might wonder about their message, what they tried to relay all over the planet was for the inhabitants to remain attentive to the events that could happen in any part, which were not meant to cause them harm. They explained that the Governing Forces had planned to implant improvements on Earth which would make the lives of all inhabiting souls better, and that everything that was to happen had only one purpose: their greater happiness.

            Some dialogues took place then between the beings of such a sphere and the missionary Entities, who wasted no time in clarifying them as well as they could. But as persons who seemed to be better prepared or wiser than most started to take part in such dialogues, which happens in all parts and in all circumstances, they sort of disagreed with their clarification.

For better comprehension, let us say that one such person tried then to defend the principle that it was their right to remain status quo until the end of their lives, if they chose not to participate in the annunciated improvements, since they, the people, had sovereignty over their wishes and prerogatives,

            The materialized Entity gently replied that anyone not wishing to participate in the improvements they had come to announce could remain in their present condition, for the divine plans do not impose any type of violence upon anyone. Such reply was gladly received by the listeners. After discussing the issue with others for a few instants, the same individual addressed the Entity as follows, “We all are in perfect agreement that we should have the right to decide whether or not we want to participate in the announced improvements. And since our lives have been tranquil, prosperous and happy, we do not wish to become part of different conditions of life.” 

             Asking then how many of the brothers present in the auditorium agreed with the orator, the Entity requested those who were in full agreement to stand up then for about ten seconds. But given that only the orator and about five or six other brothers stood up, the Entity thanked them with the following words before dematerializing: “I am grateful for your manifestation. May your will be done.” 

            The event provoked all kinds of comments from those present, who showed their discontentment toward the dissidents who had opposed something they were completely ignorant of, which was meant to improve the conditions of life in their world. As for the leader of the group, he seemed satisfied to have disagreed with an Entity from the spirit world; it made him feel he belonged to a level superior to his contemporaries’. 

            The times moved on; the months passed. About three years went by before the annunciated events turned positive on that sphere. Seismic tremors were felt in various regions and some soil dislocations destroyed numerous dwellings located both in smaller and larger cities, with consequences that can be easily predicted. A great number of the lives that were interrupted in their planetary living was received and conducted to the spiritual plane to which they belonged with kindheartedness and comfort

            Then, feeling quite well after arriving and settling in their plane of spiritual life, they felt compensated for what had happened to them. They felt deeply grateful for the warnings and advice they received towards building spiritual links with their luminaries in space, which allowed them to receive the necessary assistance at the opportune moment. They can now be found kneeling down, thanking the Lord and God for all the goodness they were provided with at such a critic moment of their lives, in the form of loving advice from the missionary Entities who relocated to their sphere in order to carry out this noble mission.

            With regard to the modifications that took place on the planet’s surface, it should suffice to say that they were substantial. Over twenty of the planet’s large, medium and small oceans, all of which numbered well over ninety, were either totally emptied or had their waters transferred to other regions through means and processes which are not part of this description. About one-third of the many existing mountains collapsed, filling adjacent extensive valleys with gravel and earth. Rural and urban housing also contributed with the transformation planned for each inhabited region.

            Despite the fact that there had been great tremors in this period of transformation, the truth is that the populations that had remained soon found great joy and consolation. Everything had been embellished by Nature by the first spring; prairies and hills were full of greenery and the most beautiful flowers, which fulfilled their promises of delivering delicious fruits during summer and fall, some of which were unknown to the majority of the population.

            There was still another pleasant compensation for those who had remained on that sphere. Their dear fellow souls, who had departed due to the planet’s transformational operations and were now comfortably settled in their spiritual plane, could come to visit them in visible form. Coming on certain week days, they exchanged audible words with them describing the degree of happiness which they enjoyed in the spirit world, given that everything there was love, peace and harmony. 

            I suppose that you are curious to know more about the dissenting brothers we mentioned in the beginning of this narration. In order to satisfy your curiosity, I will say that their leader lived in a house which he owned in the small town where the dialogue had taken place. Although the effects of the seismic tremor that took place in the depths destroyed ninety percent of the existing constructions, his house was not hit by them; it remained standing firm.

            However, everything around was destroyed with the exception of a few isolated dwellings. A great percentage of the population had been conducted to the above in the already mentioned conditions. The remaining number was small considering that some had fled into the fields. Being left in his habitat practically isolated, without the means to survive in view of the resulting fire, the leader contemplated the sad panorama while profoundly meditating on what had taken place through the will of God, which he had opposed.

            Such emotional state lasted more than fifteen days, during which he had hardly received any nourishment. No one could help him; nothing was left as a result of the ensuing destruction and fire. As he heard footsteps on a certain afternoon, he opened his eyes and recognized the presence of two dissenting brothers. But they had not come to help because they did not have the means to do so, either. They had come looking for food to stay alive, saying that their houses and their families had miraculously remained intact in their neighborhood. As they asked what to do, the leader replied melancholically that he too had stayed in his habitat with his family, and that unfortunately he had no means to help them in any way, for there was nothing left. He added that he had witnessed the departure of some of his family members due to the lack of provisions, and that he himself was about to follow the same path.

            At that point, when all their hopes had dissipated, when there was nothing else left to do by any of them, an idea that could bring salvation to all of them appeared. It was to invoke the missionary Entity and plead for a final advice. That is what they proceeded to do in profound concentration.

            “Here I am, my dear brothers! Although I am now visible to you, I had never abandoned you in my invisible state. You followed your own ideas and your homes were preserved by the Divinity. But since that was not sufficient, as you have now become convinced, answer this question for your will to be done: “Would you prefer to remain in the midst of these circumstances or gently soar with your dear loved ones towards a plane where love, peace and harmony will be your constant for centuries or millenniums? “

            The answer from the leader came at once: “Saintly Entity, who again advise us so lovingly, since our energies are completely used up due to the grandiosity of the events that took place around us, we now have but one wish. We would rather depart at once towards the beautiful plane which you spoke of, so to end our suffering. Conduct us then, saintly Entity!”

            “Calm down and allow yourselves to enjoy a renovating sleep, which you have been lacking. I shall then, while in such a state, conduct you where you are going to rest. The will of God will accompany you.”

 Chapter XXXII

Planning the formation of a world – Planning for the constitution of the planet Earth – A monumental ramification of water conduits seen as Nature’s work – What is Nature? – Remembering the Apostle of the gentiles – That respectable man …

            When material elements began to consolidate to form the planet Earth, time when no plans existed to send living beings to live on it, the various geological lawyers making up its entire surface were meticulously studied. The sustenance of the animals, birds, and men that would inhabit it some millenniums later was included in such studies, as well as the internal water conduits which would create water fountains in the elevated areas. Such planning, which was executed by genuine spirit scholars, deserves great admiration from everyone for including everything that should exist in a world destined not only to receive many millions of beings on its soil, but to provide them with food as well as other needs. These many millions of beings involve only the human species, which already exceeds three billions according your own statistics.

            Besides, there is also the vast animal scale which, although it has no statistics on Earth, should exceed one hundred billion beings if all sectors are put together. Thus, you can now imagine the meticulous way with which the Earth’s formation was elaborated in the above in the remote past. It included secure locations for its more or less voluminous water sources and riverbeds so that their waters could be conducted to the oceans. It also included water agglomeration in certain points so as to make some rivers navigable and thus facilitate communications among the various regions, besides reducing the number of riverbeds.

            Can you imagine the magnitude of the planning and execution of it on the part of Superior Forces to form the world where you now live, esteemed readers? Can you also imagine the degree of wisdom and experience which led the monumental ramification of water conduits to be installed in all latitudes and which, besides quenching your thirst, form the streams which then search for rivers so as to go to the sea?

            You would have not meditated on this since it appears to be the result of Nature’s work, which is wise and perfect in all of its realizations. Very well, then: what is Nature? Would it perhaps be some mysterious force which acts in an invisible but always efficient and perfect way?  Yes, esteemed brothers, this is partly correct in view of the fact that its actions occur in a way that is invisible to incarnates.

            However, if we more appropriately talk about Nature’s forces, we would be really talking about the Superior Forces responsible for superintending and directing planetary life under their jurisdiction. Such multi-millenary Forces elaborate in the above changes which the planet require in order to advance in its evolutionary scale, such as those which are currently taking place in the earthly world. This world has to receive a new category of spiritual beings, which has already started to reincarnate here. But since it involves a spiritual category much more refined than that of the current humanity, some planetary conditions had to be adjusted to meet the needs of the new inhabitants. Deriving from such a need, the effects of the ongoing changes to the Earth’s core will not take long to become visible to all human beings on its surface.

            The studies related to the ongoing modifications are almost three millenniums old, which is when such a decision was made in the above. Such studies included new water conduits for regions and sectors which have been deprived of this precious liquid thus far, making it possible then for large unproductive areas to become fertile. This will logically happen as a result of the topographical changes that will make such regions inhabitable as well.

            I am referring to certain details you read or heard under the term modification or transformation of the current conditions of the earthly soil in order to somewhat explain to you what it is all about, which is what brought Entities to the earthly midst to address it both through the spoken and written word. Due to the fact that such operations will cause soil modification in many areas, the Superior Forces deemed it necessary for all human beings to be made aware of them so that they can stay put and ready for what may happen to them.

            However, security in the form of spiritual assistance will be offered to everyone in all circumstances. The fact that a man or woman may have to close the eyes of their bodies forever as a consequence of such operations does not mean that it is something bad or inconvenient to them, for they will soon find that their spiritual eyes are wide open in a plane of light, free from the Earth’s nebulosity. This is the attentive work which many of the Lord’s emissaries have been engaged in for some time already. Some have been doing such work through the written word, such as the emissary that is speaking to you right now. Staying recorded forever, the written word not only can, but should be read and reread several times for the spirit to gain awareness. Other emissaries use the spoken word in appropriate places always with this great objective: to advise all men and women to prepare themselves for their return trip, which could happen at anytime.

            Since such preparation has been recommended and repeated so often, there is no need for any further reference. I trust that all men and women already have a permanent relationship with the Lord Jesus, so that though such spiritual link the divine Master will be able to know exactly how many of his earthly protégées desire to be saved.

            With the above matter perfectly clear, I will now refer to a case in which I became involved as the apostle of the gentiles, title which the good peoples to whom I preached the excellence of the Christian doctrine distinguished me with. It took place in a small village near the city of Ephesus, which was inhabited mostly by farmers who raised small animals and weaved wax and hemp products. I had set up a gathering on a certain Sunday afternoon, which was customary because everyone could then participate. Arriving early, I began to meditate to gather arguments in order to demonstrate the need for the residents to join Christianity. By excellence, I would present it as the consoling doctrine in all of life’s circumstances, as I still do today. That is when I saw the approaching figure of a man who seemed to be cultured, responsible perhaps for some sector of the government, to approach. Giving him my respectful attention, I waited for his word. But since the visitor looked at me intently without saying anything, I judged it convenient to address him and ask what he wanted.

             Removing his firm and penetrating gaze from me, he said, “Your noble and saintly mission has attracted me here. Although I am not from these parts, I received the wisdom of your words where I live, wishing to listen to you personally.”

            Asking him where he had heard or seen my speeches, the respectable gentleman looked at me with great sympathy and said: “I am not from these parts or from this earth, but since the subject of your talks was quite pleasing to me, I decided to attend it today. But I would like to recommend great attention and caution towards these fanatical people, who could surprise you.”

            I thanked him for his words, which left me a little worried. At the specified time, a regular number of listeners were already present while others were still arriving and accommodating themselves on the ground as best as they could, forming lateral lines. I began to preach as I had done in other places which I had visited. I informed them that a new religion, which was brought by a saintly man who preached it for three years since  Jerusalem, and who returned after his death to reaffirm that one does not die, was in full development in Syria.  I declared that I had seen this man near Damascus, and heard from him that his doctrine would save the world by saving the souls of all men who followed it.

At this point I was interrupted by a listener who asked for proof that he had died, in that I could have been mislead in my good faith. Since his words gave room for others in the audience to manifest themselves, I tried then to clarify them as best as I could with carefully prepared arguments. But the first speaker tried to refute me, demanding proof of the resurrection of the human figure that had appeared and spoken to me near Damascus. The tumult grew bigger as others showed him solidarity, making me soon realize that he did not wish my preaching to go on. Shortly afterwards, the entire audience was standing close to me, in a significant attitude. I thought about the respectable gentleman that had looked for me before the meeting started, but could not see him anywhere. It appeared strange that he would leave without my noticing it; it looked strange indeed.

            As the tumult continued, at one point I notice that some in the audience began to display not very cordial attitudes towards me, but did not give it any importance. It was not the first time that an audience, led by people who were deliberately opposed to the growing Christianity because of their own convictions, or because it was contrary to their interests, attempted to muffle the orator’s words, resorting even to violent means.

            As I continued to try to show this consoling doctrine’s excellence, I presented extraordinary occurrences attained by its adepts such as curing the crippled, the blind and the ailing. But concluding that the environment had become totally unfavorable, with a tendency for violence against the orator who calmly continued to argue in favor of the doctrine of Jesus of Nazareth, it was perfectly visible that if I did not bring it to a close, I would be removed and expelled.

            An absolutely unexpected fact took place then, causing a surprising effect on the audience. That respectable gentleman made his way through the excited crowd and stood by my side and looked firmly at the audience, causing it to quiet down and become silent. Surprise and expectation were now visible in all faces. He then said: “I came here today especially to hear the true word from this brother of Israel. Due to the fact that he brings good news to all of us, he should be heard attentively. The word he brings to you is true and incontestable. The proof is that, being informed about his word in the region where I now live, I decided to hear it more directly. This is the reason why I am next to you now, brothers whom I so loved in other times and still love today. Therefore, listen carefully to the word of this dear brother of ours.”

            As he then became silent, his figure vanished before everyone’s surprised eyes. Whispering among themselves, the listeners tried to come up with an explanation for the phenomenon. Being well known and esteemed by all those present, that respectable figure had been one of the most powerful leaders of people in the region. He had been esteemed and admired for his soul’s greatness, always ready to assist those who came looking for him. More than twenty years had already passed since his disincarnation.

            My listeners concluded that this true fact now justified the fact I had presented as having taken place near Damascus. The general attitude towards me changed completely from that moment on. I then founded a Christian church on that small village, which developed well.

                                                              Chapter XXXIII

Prepare properly for your departure – The reason why this and other similar books have been written – My intermediary’s story – Brazil, a wonderful country – Mediumistic psychography, a source of great joy – A powerful key

            The days which are being currently lived by Earth’s humanity shall be recorded in History as exceptional because similar circumstances cannot be found in any of its past phases. All of Jesus’ emissaries have been insistently saying and repeating that the Earth is very close to ascending to a new planetary category. As it ceases being a mere material planet, it will then become a plane of spiritualized life. However, this does not mean that this plane will become a sphere of life for spirits free from matter. It will become a sphere of incarnate spiritual beings possessing an evolutionary degree quite more elevated than that of the current majority. The Earth will become a spiritualized sphere, similar to many others circulating in the cosmic space.

            Given that so many details have been written about it with the sole objective of clarifying men and the women in this end of century, repeating it might be tiresome. It has been repeatedly stated in many books circulating in many different countries that the Earth will endure structural modifications so as to adapt itself to the needs of the coming civilization. Such modification will inevitably cause countless human beings to leave the Earth toward their spiritual planes.

            Due to the great number of brothers who may end up departing at the same time and the fact that they will need help, the Lord recommends that they prepare for such a departure in the same way they would prepare for a trip to a distant country. The only difference is in their baggage. While a trip abroad requires that they take many necessary items, preparation for their return to the spirit world requires very little. It simply requires a tranquil conscience, free from recollections of inconvenient acts which could become too heavy, and a constant link with the Superior Forces which, similar to an imaginary thread between the physical and spiritual planes, allows them to ascend to the home that they left in the above when they reincarnated on Earth.

            Since this has been repeatedly stated in many popular books, it is very pleasing to the Lord’s emissaries to find readers that take such advice seriously and put them into practice. Someday they shall thank the Lord for it, when they can then properly evaluate the benefits that it brought them.

            Our mission, that is, mine and that of other emissaries of the Lord, is to knock on all doors to awaken our incarnate brothers who may be not concerned about things of the above for being too involved with earthly interests. Such work has been realized mainly during their sleep hours, for it is easier for us to speak to the spirit when it is away from the body.

            However, since most incarnate brothers are unable to recall in the body the things which they heard in spirit, it was determined by the Lord Jesus that books are written containing most important advice and warnings. I have to add that finding this human instrument on Earth, who is serving as an intermediary for the printing of my thought and word, was considered a true joy in the above in view of the failure on the part of many others. Coming to Earth with identical missions, they either lacked the disposition or the convenient preparation in an environment where creeds are often responsible for such failures.

            But to the Lord Jesus’ glory, Brazil has become the most fertile field for this type of pronunciation and dedication. Here my intermediary, Diamantino, was able to become an authentic servant of Jesus on Earth, sought by a good number of missionary Entities to divulge their words of love in book form to incarnate brothers of the present.

            To satisfy your curiosity a little, I will mention what was done in the above to improve Diamantino’s mediumistic qualities, which is the equivalent to what you would do when trying to cultivate a preciously rare plant in your garden. You would certainly try to protect it from solar rays, excessive cold and other weather conditions since you might not be able to replace it if you lost it. Something similar took place in the above for many years concerning Diamantino. Even though he was born in a distant country, where he would not have been able to exercise his faculty due to the anti-spiritist grip which still exists today, he was conducted to this wonderful country (Brazil) and his steps closed followed and protected. Possessing already a notable spiritual elevation, his attention was attracted to matters related to spiritual life, which contributed to the awakening of certain cells which permitted him to realize this type of work.

            Conducted by friends from the above, at some point he came across the happy opportunity of becoming involved in activities related to psychography in the beautiful institution which he had joined. In his first exercise he received a short message which was signed by a friendly and familiar Entity, giving him great joy. Then he began to exercise this splendid mediumistic faculty in his home, through which numerous notable Entities of human history spoke, providing him with true joy.

            The work which was developed around this fragile kind of plant turned positive as the above lovingly tried to preserve it from the many dangers to which it is subject, so as to obtain the fruits which we are effectively obtaining today for the benefit of all readers. It is necessary to repeat that this was not the only seed spread by the Lord Jesus on Earth. In fact, many other seeds were sown with the same purpose, but perhaps it was the bad weather, or the excessive solar rays, or even the poverty of the soil that did not permit them to develop, flourish and fructify, as it often happened throughout the centuries.

            We all elevate ours thanks to the All-Powerful for having been able to save this beautiful instrument, which allows us to communicate with you in the name of our loving Jesus with the objective of helping save your spirits, or all of you, when the time comes. I have two objectives in mind with this account: succinctly inform you of the concerns and care dispensed by the Superior Forces to preserve this mediumistic instrument for more than sixty years, who is one among many who were lost, and also to try to awaken the desire in each of you to engage in the practice of psychography. Besides providing a great amount of joy to anyone who develops and practices this mediumistic modality, its great purpose is to serve the Lord Jesus so that advice and teachings of great value to all human beings can continue to be divulged on Earth.

            Now we will talk about an issue which I consider to be of great interest to all: the manner in which one can reduce to a minimum or even annul certain difficulties peculiar to human living. Since it is very common for humans to be confronted by difficulties in their daytime activities which often leave them quite worried, I want to give you a key to resolve all types of difficulties, which you can call a “magic key”.

            But let us define what should be understood by difficulties so that we can operate more efficiently towards their elimination. For example, if a man who uses his good senses is confronted by obstacles in his normal activities, preventing the realization of his objective, it is a difficulty imposed by the facts involved. At this point it is very important that such a man, or woman, proceed with the following reasoning: “Is what I want just and reasonable? Would anyone be harmed by it? If the Lord Jesus were present, would He approve my pretension?”

                                                              Chapter XXXIV

Earth’s geological history – Topographical change meant to correct a water body – A key for all eventualities – My contemporaries of other eras among incarnates of the present –Perhaps you are one of them, my dear reader

            A long time ago, when this small world was trying to adapt itself to human beings living on its soil, it was noticed in the above that certain bodies of water did not follow their projected direction. A topographical change in such a region became then necessary to prevent that an ocean of sweet water formed in a region destined to harbor various population centers. After the Superior Forces closely examined the circumstances, asking specialists in the above to study the best ways to operate such correction, workers were sent to the interior of such region to carry it out. The project called for the demolition of a mountainous elevation, which would then permit such voluminous body of water to flow into the newly created area. This was the objective of the works initiated in the depths of the subsoil, which was satisfactorily achieved.

            When the explosive charges that had been placed deep within such elevation were detonated, the noise they produced in the region, which lasted from two to three minutes, gave the impression of a powerful earth tremor, or earthquake. The result, corresponding exactly to previsions, was the most impressive spectacle those around had ever witnessed.

This event is registered in the geological history of the Earth that exists in sidereal files. Studying such files, whenever time permits, is one of our most beautiful pastimes in the above. As the explosions dismounted the elevation’s enormous volume of condensed matter, the predicted effect was produced in the vicinities: the water of the large river that flowed around it was tossed up into the air and, as it returned to the ground, it carved a new bed in the newly opened area.

            The operation was so perfect, so meticulously calculated, that the projection of the river’s water into the air caused it to follow a new course upon its return to the ground. With such water deviation, the oceanic formation that would have been detrimental to the region’s inhabitation was prevented. As the new course led the water to more convenient valleys and the new river became perfectly navigable, it was used for the transportation of different products.

            The fact described above should give you an approximate idea of what has been annunciated to take place on Earth, perhaps in the very near future, with the objective of operating topographical corrections in some regions of your small world. As you already know, the only way for the Superior Forces to operate such corrections is in the subsoil. And in accordance with what has been divulged by Jesus’ emissaries, they have already begun; thousands of specialized workers who are already in the subsoil await a superior order to detonate explosive charges placed in various points of the earthly globe.

            Although there was no loss of life in the event described above due to the fact that the region was totally uninhabited, there will surely be loss of life on Earth’s case, and in great numbers. By saying ‘loss of life’ I try to make myself understood in a language that you are familiar with regarding such cases. It can never be said that there is loss of life because what really happens is that souls who are living another reincarnation on Earth are just removed from their life in the flesh. Loss of life is the exclusive way in which incarnate souls express themselves, since they have completely forgotten that the real life is not the life lived enclosed in a body of flesh and bones, but the spiritual life, which is a life of joy and happiness which free spirits live in the above.

            The fact that a certain telluric event may promote the disincarnation of a large or small number of souls, time when one more of their earthly existences comes to an end, should be viewed only as a real phenomenon of spiritual freedom and nothing else. Each of my brothers and sisters shall have proof of what I am saying as soon as they return to their plane of origin, where they will joyfully find that their lives continue just as before, although in a different plane, which is more subtle than the earthly plane. They shall also be able to verify upon arrival, regardless of the way their departure from Earth occurred, that all kinds of pain and physical suffering are completely unknown there. They will find in the above the greatest abundance of joy, peace, lots of love and spiritual tranquility, within everyone’s reach.

            If some of you become distinguished with a return to the spirit world as a result of a telluric event in the region which you inhabit, it will correspond to a promotion on your spiritual scale, never a reason for sadness or suffering. Only one thing is recommended to all as a secure way to obtain prompt assistance if such an event comes to pass: a perfect heart-link to the Lord of the World, who is our Lord Jesus. This shall prevent them from having to wait hours, days or even minutes for assistance.

            A constant, permanent link with the Lord Jesus represents the most secure, rapid and efficient way for all incarnates to be automatically conducted to their spiritual plane as soon as they detach themselves from their bodies. This has been so repeatedly stated that it could be well said, my dear readers, that such a recommendation constitutes the fundamental motive for the coming to Earth of thousands of Jesus’ emissaries in the last ten years. In fact, this is the fundamental motive behind everything we say and write; it is truthfully the key which everyone should possess in case of any eventuality.

            The teachings divulged in this and other books about life in planes in the beyond serve to assist the spiritual development of the readers, for they transmit to their physical memories much of what is already stored in their spiritual memories, which they learned in spiritual lives lived in the intervals between their numerous incarnations. It is known that remembrance of things learned or lived in the above can favorably influence certain incarnates to utilize their current earthly existence in a greater and better way.

            It is true that the teachings which I and other messengers of Jesus have divulged are still unknown to most incarnate brothers and sisters. This is due to the fact that such teachings come from planes in the above which their spirits still cannot reach. However, their objective is to prepare readers to become attentive toward ascending to such planes, a promotion which they should become deserving of in their current incarnation. It is opportune to add that all humans who obtained the concession of coming to the earthly soil one more time assumed a very serious written commitment in the above, which is of finishing their apprenticeship of many millenniums on this very journey.

            It is correct to say many millenniums due to the fact that all of us, and all of you, incarnates, have been descending here in search of knowledge and experiences for about twelve to fifteen thousand years, from the time we began making unintelligible sounds to our current condition of humans perfectly conscious of our responsibilities. I will not mention the type of life we had prior to that because my objective is not to describe life’s history since primordial times.

            My principal objective in this end of century is to awaken in my esteemed readers their sense of responsibility as human beings, reminding them that millions of other souls remained in the spiritual world for not being able to obtain the same concession that was conceded to them, so that they can complete their apprenticeship on this last trip. Under these circumstances, the fitting advice for those who have ears to hear is to put aside any idea of greatness which they might still nourish in their current lives. They should refuse to accept the erroneous idea that they will be able to take from this world what they were able to accumulate. Men and women should push aside all thoughts of ambition and vanity since absolutely incompatible with their true happiness.

            Once this is done through real efforts, put your knees daily on the ground as many times as possible and beg the Lord of the World with all the fervor of your soul to inspire, illumine, and help you find that true path you came to Earth to follow on this opportunity, which possibly could be your last. By proceeding accordingly, I assure you all that you will follow the right path that leads to the Lord of the World, esteemed readers, which is the goal and sole purpose of your presence on Earth.

            Remember that there are many other souls awaiting your return because they too need to conclude their apprenticeship on Earth; they have had to wait because of a lack of the opportunity that was conceded to you. It is vital then that you perform as necessary, my esteemed readers, in accordance with the promise that you made prior to your descent to the Earth. In view of the progress that you have already attained, I believe that there are many among you who the Lord of the World will designate to assist, guide and protect those brothers and sisters that need to reincarnate. This represents one of the greatest distinctions the Lord confers upon those who well knew how to utilize their incarnation on Earth.

            Those who were unable to achieve this for reasons of laziness, negligence or other reasons, will have to remain stationary in their plane in the beyond and wait for another opportunity, dear readers, which will be quite difficult to obtain. If you accept my words regarding your progress, you will not only be honoring my current task in the Lord’s service, but also proving your spiritual sensibility. And although you cannot recall it, I identify spirits among the current population who were my contemporaries in different eras.

            Who knows then if I am not going to find some of them among my readers? I will try to assist anyone who needs me with the greatest joy, but quite especially the reader who might have been one of them. This mission authorizes me to assist, from now on, all brothers and sisters who, remembering Paul of Tarsus in different times, invoke him in their needs. I shall be there to serve you.

                                                               Chapter XXXV

Earth’s current phase: end of a cycle, beginning of another – A human being’s life does not belong to him – Alcohol’s condemnable pleasure: it dulls the most beautiful faculties – A wise governor

            The works that are being executed on Earth in this end of century and civilization are meant to adapt it for life of the next generation, a need which has become urgent since some centuries ago. Future historians will register Earth’s current phase as the end of one cycle and the beginning of another, which shall extend through numerous centuries. Earth needs to follow the evolution of all other planets by adapting to the evolutionary needs of its inhabitants. When a new civilization is ready to inhabit a planet, certain modifications must precede it.

            On Earth’s case, diverse areas need to be improved in order to make its soil useful to the inhabitants, as already amply divulged. And given that such improvements cannot be carried out silently in the profundity of the soil, there shall be loud repercussions. But you should not be surprised by such events because you have already been warned about them. A good way to harmonize with your own selves, preventing the tranquility of the spiritual beings that you really are from being shaken, is to consider that you are on Earth on vacation. Thus, there should be nothing holding you back in the city or resort in which you vacation, just a desire to enjoy all advantages that it offers to your life, tranquility and rest. But you have been told that you will have to leave at some point because such an area and possibly others around it will undergo renovations. Only a very few people will remain in it. And since you are here temporarily, not belonging here, you will calmly pack your things, bid farewell and return to your home to resume your activities.

            This image aims at illustrating what is planned to occur on your small terrestrial world in the coming days, months or years. If it happens that some of my readers will be invited by the Superior Forces to return to their spiritual homes, they should utilize the same process. The only difference, though, is that their baggage should be ready ahead of time, perhaps as of now, considering that the intensity of the works may not allow much time for it to be done later, except for the mentioned farewell look.

            The above is clearly just a hypothesis of what could happen in your area, although it will undoubtedly happen in many places around the Earth. And given that no moral or material loss will affect whoever is attentive and properly prepared to face them, my understanding is that it would be better for everyone to start preparing at the moment they read these lines. If I could show you a picture of spiritual planes where millions of souls live, souls who were unable to come to Earth on a new reincarnation or who are enjoying a well deserved rest after completing their last existence in the flesh, I am certain that you would become anxious to enjoy such a life as well. If you could comprehend the peace, tranquility and wellbeing of such souls, who conquered such divine gifts on Earth, you would be eager to break the chains that still hold you to the body that you inhabit in order to immediately join the spiritual life that awaits you.

                 I wish to clarify that, anyone who disregards his period of time in the flesh in order to anticipate such a thing would be committing a condemnable act against himself and his earthly life; he would not succeed at transporting himself to his spiritual plane under such conditions. Since the divine laws are wise and perfect, and devoid of any type of violence, any reader who gets carried away by this and commits an act of violence against his own self would experience a great surprise. He would remain next or around his body for as long as necessary to complete the incarnate life he was destined to live. As a result of such thoughtless act, he would also have to endure a great deal of suffering.

            It can thus be concluded that the earthly life of a human being does not belong to him but to the Divinity alone; only the Divinity can determine its end or interruption. The duty of every man and woman is to care for the health of their organisms. Since the body is the vehicle that allows them to stay in the earthly soil, those prolonging to a maximum the life of the body they constructed and used on Earth are even rewarded for doing so. This becomes much more necessary due to the fact that we all know how difficult it is to obtain permission for a new reincarnation in the above.

            As I have already mentioned, there are millions of souls in the above desirous of descending to the earthly soil in order to continue their apprenticeship course, but who have not been able to realize it yet. Everyone who’s aware of this should loudly proclaim it to all men and women, my dear readers, so that they can use their current incarnation to prepare themselves as they should and need. Once they return to the above at the end of this incarnation, their spirits will be able to verify the truth contained in these words.

            When we, spirits of light, descend to Earth to perform missions of divine service, we lament in our hearts the things we observe in all parts. Such things involve human beings who, already possessing some spiritual elevation, and therefore a regular degree of intelligence, allow themselves to be dragged into the practice of acts totally incompatible with the divine laws, as if they were dormant inside the body they conduct.

            For example, it is deeply saddening for us to contemplate the promiscuity of men possessing spiritual light and intelligence towards creatures who still lack such qualities. Immersing themselves in the condemnable pleasure of alcohol consumption, they allow their most beautiful faculties to be dulled, which prevent the elevation and the happiness of their spirits. Therefore, I would like ask my esteemed readers to become messengers of goodness and happiness on Earth, to advise their friends to keep away from alcohol and less dignifying pleasures as a means of a more rapid spiritual progress.

            Spiritual Guides constantly make such recommendation to all incarnate brothers and sisters during the sleeping hours of their bodies. But since it is very difficult for the physical memory to register what was relayed to the spirit, I ask you to transmit it to your friends via live voice. By doing so, you will contribute to the wellbeing and happiness of your contemporaries of earthly journey, thus becoming authentic servants of the Lord on Earth.

            Next I will tell you a story which I am sure will please you. It is about a man who lived innumerous times on Earth in search of knowledge and experiences - or evolution - as we all have done. Such a man lived here last some fifteen centuries ago as leader of a great country inhabited by a bunch of rowdy races who would dispute their superiority in worth and intelligence. There was a variety of religious creeds among them. Since he was greatly concerned about governing the country in a way that would please all of them, which is an impossible task, he asked each race to select their most capable elements to serve as his advisers. The process of selecting the best among them got started with each race choosing one hundred of their most talented people. On their turn, those one hundred would choose twenty amongst themselves.

            But their great difficulty was to select one among the twenty that remained, given that each time they voted each one received a vote. Since they were not able to come up with the expected result, at the end of many long months of deliberation the king ruled that a name be drawn. Although such ruling was not well received because each thought he possessed the required conditions, they could not resist it. Eight elements finally came forth to act as advisors to the king in all administrative matters, aiming at neutralizing the protests regarding certain laws and regulations that came from all classes. By bringing the most capable elements next to him, the king sought to eliminate the opposition and their respective protests as well. Once his body of advisers was formed, the ruler witnessed a powerful current of sympathy spread to all parts of his country as the populations showed comprehension and support for such an intelligent measure.

            But it did not take long for dissatisfactions to appear. Although certain measures had been accepted by the advisors, which were meant to regulate some bad practices and attitudes by the populations, they were generally received with manifestations of protest in that such practices were common in classes or races. This did not come as a surprise considering that the adopted measures affected their habits.

            But the measure that followed, which related to everyone’s rights and duties at a time when the powerful knew only the limits of their own will in dealing with others, produced a wave of violent protests on the part of the more affluent classes, and support on the part of those less favored. Given that there were affluent and powerful men in all races, they soon got busy trying to substitute their representatives in the ruler’s advisory body. When the matter was brought to the king’s attention, the condition he imposed on them was that they brought forth their substitute. But after meeting repeatedly over a long period to time, they could not select their new representative since everyone ambitioned to occupy such elevated post in the country’s administration. Unable to reach any result through election, the ruler determined the drawing of a name, process which allowed then for all representatives to be substituted. The king patiently received all complaints that came in such a way.

            Since the story would be very long if told in details, I will shorten it by saying that when the new body of advisors passed a new measure, they immediately became involved in a new wave of protests from the affluent and powerful classes. Such measure, which involved the moral behavior of each citizen toward his fellow citizens, called for the recognition that all men and women are children of God, and therefore brothers and sisters of one another. The affluent and the powerful argued that, since the rich could never consider themselves brothers of the poor and miserable, their representative should be removed.

            Always desirous of pleasing his people, the king agreed to the formation of a new body with the condition that the already adopted measures remained in place, for they sought to provide greater happiness to all subjects and the moral greatness of his country. Once the condition was accepted, a new body formed, which had the opportunity to pass new helpful administrative measures. However, every now and then a new wave of protests calling for replacement of advisors would come up. To finalize I will say that the replacements stopped only when those elements who had been originally selected came to occupy the post of advisors for many years. But at that point the measures that should contribute to the country’s moral and spiritual organization were already in place. The man responsible for this task is known in the above as one of the greatest administrators who ever walked on Earth.

Chapter XXXVI

The life of human beings on Earth – Prayer and meditation are the basic principles of peace and happiness of souls – Result of an interesting meeting in the above – The word of the leader of such a plane

            If men and women on Earth could have a rough idea about the things in their path which wait for them; if they could evaluate of what the evolution which they will attain someday consists of, I am sure that some of them would make many changes in the way which they live their lives. Since human beings live each day on this small sphere without any spiritual concerns, their lives unfold without consciousness of responsibilities. It was to live with concerns of a spiritual nature that all men and women have come to Earth, so as to be able to acquire a little more luminosity and progress for their spirits. Their life struggles would be much gentler if they followed two salutary principles: prayer and meditation. Adopted in the above by all self-conscious souls, such principles provide the peace and tranquility which all beings in the universe need.

            It has been repeatedly recommended for the inhabitants of this physical plane to observe such principles as the means to make their lives more gentle, tranquil and happy. Prayer and meditation can remove many of the difficulties which often come their way. Whoever adopts the habit of prayer and meditation at the end of each working day finds in the spirit world help, inspiration and strength to overcome the series of obstacles found in his way. This is one of the main recommendations the Lord Jesus wants us to present through books transmitted in this fashion to all men and women.

            The habit of prayer and meditation also helps men ands women develop some of the faculties they have, which can be quite useful to them. Such faculties allow them to pick up great and beautiful ideas for their greater success on Earth. It is known that all incarnates bring a series of faculties and aptitudes to develop during their permanence in the flesh, which can result in many joys and advantages in their earthly living. Found in a latent state in the minds of all such spirits, such faculties need only to be developed in order to start functioning. The time for prayer and meditation at the end of a working day is precisely the proper time to develop such faculties and aptitudes. It is through prayer and meditation that the spirit can attract the luminosity that will help its development. I would compare the minutes which one spends daily in prayer and meditation with those of a mechanic testing his battery to insure that it will be functional the next day.

            The human cerebrum can, in a way, be compared to a perfect battery: through the current that feeds it daily, allowing it to function, it can then serve the spirit. Besides the charge the spirit receives from the body’s nourishment, it can also count on an everlasting source of mental energy through prayer and meditation. The great and beautiful ideas that such a spirit picks up could elevate it to the category of those extraordinary human beings who walked on Earth.

            Since you may wonder if men or women who do not pray or meditate can realize great things in their lives, or perhaps even know someone like that who has accomplished something extraordinary in his life, I will clarify by saying that, in order for such persons to have picked up the ideas they acted upon, they intensely used their intuitive faculty. In the absence of prayer and meditation, as recommended herein, during their moments of rest they instead used thought on their objectives. This means that they engaged in a great deal of meditation not only during their sleeping hours, but their working hours as well. And although they did not methodically pray and meditate, they most likely captured the ideas that they put into practice by concentrating day and night on their objective.

            In general, I can assure you that only persons who think a great deal, or meditate, are able to realize great works in their lives. Proof of this can be found in the blue-collar worker whose main preoccupation is to provide for his family. Since his work does not require any technical knowledge, and he lacks the necessary mental development, he will hardly be able to ascend to positions of supervision or management. But if he acquires the daily habit of prayer and meditation, he will not only find ways to progress, but will also pick up ideas from the mental world which can lead to promotions. Such a worker could even become an industrialist himself.

            This recommendation for all human beings to adopt the daily practice of prayer and meditation, which the Lord Jesus’ emissaries have been making insistently, has two main objectives: to keep the spirit in permanent contact with the Superior Forces, so that it can receive spiritual help at all times, and to allow it to pick up the great and beautiful ideas that circulate in the mental plane for realization on the physical plane. You can now see the objectives that can be achieved by those who pray and meditate on a daily basis. Great things can be accomplished on Earth by all men and women who adopt such a beautiful habit, which is the case with those who succeeded in doing something important on this small world. Since the mental plane is a permanent source of ideas at everyone’s disposition, both big and small, why shouldn’t then men and women try to improve the things found in their environment?

            To finalize this chapter, I will describe a fact that took place recently in a plane in the above inhabited by spirits who had lived on Earth in obscurity, without any social importance. Planning to promote several changes to improve their lives, the directors of such a plane decided to obtain everyone’s opinions and suggestions. One of the questions in the questionnaire that was presented to them was what they aspired the most to be even happier, given that they had everything they needed to be perfectly tranquil. After their answers were properly analyzed, it became clear that a significant percentage of such souls would feel much happier if they were granted permission to return to Earth. If they could return to Earth on a new reincarnation, they would try to implant the most beautiful ideas of fraternization and love for their contemporaries on the earthly environment, such as those in effect in the plane where they now lived.

            About sixty-percent of all consulted souls answered that they had no aspirations; they considered themselves completely happy. About fifteen-percent desired to descend to Earth with certain powers and conditions in order to be able reform it. Part of such a reform was to implant certain habits and duties which would help humanity ascend new steps in its spiritual progress scale more rapidly. One of the conditions that in their view would allow them to attain their objectives was to make it mandatory for everyone on Earth to congregate everyday from eighteen to nineteen hundred hours to pray, when establishments of commerce and industry would be closed. Such a practice, in which all men and women would direct their thoughts to the Lord Jesus and the Superior Forces, would eliminate all harmful psychic elements from the earthly environment. With the wave of their combined thoughts extraordinarily amplified, the harmful psychic elements generated by the inferior thoughts of human beings would be removed.

            This group of souls felt that the establishment of the practice of prayers by human beings in all regions would in itself be capable of implanting happiness, fraternization and love on humanity as a whole. They were willing to simultaneously reincarnate in various different regions with the beautiful purpose of stepping up everyone’s spiritual progress and happiness. After all answers were thoroughly studied, the directors of such a plane discussed their respective ideas with each group. To the group whose idea was to make prayers mandatory, one of the directing entities had this to say, “Esteemed sons and daughters, gathered here at our invitation. We are here to debate the issue after studying your answers. It is highly comforting for us, responsible for this plane before the Lord Jesus, to find that you placed your greatest happiness in gathering our incarnate brothers and sisters on Earth for daily prayer. It is indeed an excellent idea. The powerful mental current it would create could destroy all negative psychic elements which are harmful to human beings.

            However, to gather human beings to pray at the time you specified would cause inconveniences to many. Financial losses would result for those who would have to stop their activities. Thus, dear souls in process of spiritual improvement, I want to clarify that prayer does not need to be uttered by groups of people in order for your objective to be attained. The instructions that religious sects disseminate on Earth are for human beings to cultivate the habit of daily prayers everyday at the same time if possible. Prayer that one utters with a true feeling of faith reaches its objective, which is his illumination and protection.

            We recognize and thank all of you, dear souls, for the sincerity and elevation of your beautiful sentiments as well as your true display of faith in prayers, which is in fact the shortest way for each human being to reach his illumination and spiritual happiness. I want to say that your view was duly appreciated by the directors of this plane, and that it will also be submitted to the appreciation of our divine Master Jesus. We will wait for his authorization for your new incarnation on the earthly soil in the near future, so that you can increase the number of our brothers and sisters who are already there trying to diffuse the wise principle of prayer. Thus, receive now the blessing from the Lord Jesus that we give unto you.”

            This is how the entity concluded it, in the name of the directors of that spiritual plane.

 Chapter XXXVII

Sensitive changes on Earth’s geography – Some oceans may disappear from current maps – The African continent is destined to reach great prosperity – Great souls will reincarnate in your homes – Necessary care by parents – Mental exercise of greatest value

            The consequences of what is planned to take place some short years from now on this small sphere to meet the needs of its inhabitants shall form a different panorama in all parts. Some of the existing oceans may disappear from their current location in your maps and be probably transformed in rather productive areas for the cultivation of food. This could occur in Europe, Asia, and mainly Africa, so as to revitalize its totally useless deserts. The appearance of voluminous sources of water in many elevated sections shall bring new life to such enormous areas.

            As a matter of fact, the African continent is destined to become one of the most prosperous regions of the Earth, where entities having great technical preparation will reincarnate. They shall change this wide section of earthly soil to allow it to be inhabited by the happiest souls on Earth. Its current population, which is constituted mostly by the black race, is concluding a cycle of struggles and trials lived since some millenniums ago. Due to the arduous work and ensuing suffering that the black race has faced, it is about to receive a beautiful award in the above for the huge step it has taken on this continent in its march toward spiritual illumination.

As a rule, spirits who have inhabited and still inhabit black-skin bodies will not return to them in future reincarnations. This shall certainly take place slowly, and within a few centuries the Earth will be inhabited just by the white race. What will happen to our African brothers after the transformation of the soil is what will also eventually happen to other races on the extreme northern part of the planet: their spirits will reincarnate in the white race as well.

            If you wonder if the millions of souls who have inhabited Asian countries during millenniums will leave the Earth for good, and be replaced by souls in white bodies, the answer is no. Souls currently inhabiting bodies of different shades in the Asian Continent will surely return if they are able to harmonize themselves with the earthly environment in the centuries to come. Once they disincarnate, they will undergo the same process of selection as the others. Those attaining a certain degree of spiritual evolution, having the conditions to follow the new wave of life on Earth, will return frequently to different environments and countries, as it has been happening to all of you, my esteemed readers. Since the terrestrial sphere can be considered as a huge educational structure with a great number of classrooms, its new inhabitants, who will come here century after century, will not return to the same classroom even if they did not assimilate the teachings ministered by that great and wise professor called ‘life.’

            Whether or not spirits assimilate teachings, only very rarely do they return to the same environment of their last earthly life. In effect for millenniums, such law allows souls to become familiar with earthly life’s diverse conditions of earthly life so that they can attain as much knowledge and experiences as possible. Because of such a law, the peoples who currently inhabit Asian continent regions could in the near future certainly find themselves on this side of the world, that is, in any of the three Americas or even in the African continent, bringing their accumulated experiences with them.

            Likewise, all of you who are on this side today could walk tomorrow, when a new reincarnation is granted to you by the Superior Forces, Oriental or African paths. I will not say that this could occur in the coming century or next because of the great number of souls who are patiently or impatiently waiting in the above for an opportunity to return to Earth. But since the Earth is a very small planet, one of the smallest where human beings evolve, permission for souls harboring the great desire to return here has to be controlled in view of its reduced capacity to receive and feed them all.

              But since the ongoing modifications will allow the Earth to feed double the size of its current population, it will be possible then to liberate many millions of such souls, who not only desire, but also need to reincarnate here. Among them there will be some souls who possess a great deal of knowledge and remarkable experiences in all sectors of human life. Like true earthly guides, their mission will be to direct their contemporaries towards their real path. These souls, whom I call Great Souls, are being prepared by the Lord for a long time to fulfill such a mission on Earth, and it is likely that some of them already started to appear in your homes or are already attending your universities.

            I recommend that those who are responsible for earthly homes give their utmost attention to the little ones that are coming as their children from the above. Being in their great majority spirits who were designated by the Lord to reincarnate in such homes, they should receive a lot of tender care. If the Lord chose a particular home for his messengers in the earthly soil – because that is what they really are -  it is certainly because He found in such progenitors the necessary conditions to receive and raise them with principles of Christian morals. It is imperative for parents to be greatly concerned about their children, treating them like true brothers possessing a certain degree of spiritual illumination. They should try to learn their thoughts and aptitudes and conduct them with love and tenderness, so that they can appropriately develop their spiritual talents.

            This recommendation about the moral formation of children in all stages of life is valid for educators and teachers as well. We can then conclude that all children that are here in this end of century are rather evolved spirits performing the most beautiful divine service missions, in need of special care so that they can attain their goal. I compare such children to the rather delicate plants the Lord makes grow in your gardens with the hope that you will know how to provide them with the care and treatment that they need. Everyone distinguished with the birth of children in their homes in the final years of this century should carefully heed the above recommendation.

            I will now share a fact with you which took place in the spirit world not too long ago, given that some new teachings can result from it. I want you to become familiar with some details of the numerous planes inhabited by discarnate spirits, which I will call the spirit world. At the end of another life in a body of flesh, some entities from various regions of the earthly world found themselves living in the same plane of life in the spirit world. Even though they naturally wanted to get to know each another, it was extremely difficult for them to communicate due to their different languages. Since the situation had become somewhat melancholic in view of the strong current of sympathy that had formed around them, they decided to consult the directors of that plane for a solution.

            This was not something new to such directors in that often very often souls from different countries of the Earth are taken there. With a tender smile, one of the directors replied to their inquiry as follows, “Here we do not use words from any one language, my dear sons and daughters; we exclusively use thought to communicate. You are used to the spoken word, which is the only means of communication on the earthly soil, as thought remains occult. Here thought is our best means of communication. If it is easy for me to answer you with the spoken word, it is because I am familiar with your languages. Let us exercise a little.”

            Then the entity asked them to pay attention to his thought, which he would repeat through the spoken word. Although they had some difficulties in the beginning, they soon became used to the use of thought as a means of communication among themselves. Such a way of communication is much more perfect than the spoken word on Earth. We all can converse through thought as if we were using words. In reality, clear and audible words are pronounced by way of thought. No entity is able to hide his or her real thoughts in the above, because they are perfectly visible and comprehensible to all others.

            Those who are still walking earthly paths can draw a teaching from the above narration and begin exercising the use of thought in preparation for their future life. How does one exercise it? In the following way: you should mentally pronounce a phrase of your choice in the silence of your meditation, trying to make your thought as clear as possible. Such an exercise could be more useful if you imagine to be directing it to your spirit guide. You could even use it to request something for you or someone else, with the certainty that this friendly entity is able to hear you quite clearly.

             Continued exercises will allow you to exchange messages with your friends in space, which would be of great usefulness to you. And although you will not be able to see their thoughts, it will nevertheless be a beautiful exercise of great usefulness in your future plane of life. You should practice it whenever possible, esteemed readers. You will in time be able to receive mental messages, whether you are in the street or at work, which could be of extraordinary importance to your happiness. When the time comes, my beloved, you will enjoy the pleasure of being able to understand and be understood by all souls in your spiritual plane.

 Chapter XXXVIII

Spiritual assistance or divine help – Detachment from the body does not annul infractions the soul may have committed – A case of an overburdened conscience – Solution given by the Lord of the World – Innumerous virtues of prayer

            The modifications that are planned to occur on the surface of this small terrestrial sphere in the final years of this century should produce rather favorable results for the entire population. Even though they are called surface modifications, their cause lies deep within; only the effects will be visible on the surface to the inhabitants. Such repetition by me and other authors is totally justified in that everyone needs to pay careful attention to events which will certainly affect thousands of human lives. Since such operation, which has never happened on Earth before, will take place simultaneously in various regions, the Lord of the World is spending great efforts to make all men and women familiar with it, so that they can be duly prepared when the time comes.

            The circumstances involved in these transformational operations require special attention from all humans not in the sense of avoiding them, which would be completely impossible, but in the sense of their being able to receive the spiritual or divine assistance that they may need in such a psychological moment. This does not mean that the ongoing operations will require that all inhabitants be removed. But given that a certain number will have to depart and return to their plane of spiritual life, they will then be able do so with the greatest tranquility, thanks to the assistance to be dispensed by the Lord Jesus.

            The possibility that inhabitants will have to depart from Earth soon is not meant to affect readers adversely. If it does happen to some, it is because it had been predicted in their life-letter before they descended to Earth for their current incarnation. With respect to one’s departure from Earth, I want to clarify that all readers have already experienced it many times before, at the end of their previous incarnations. Apart from the physical suffering that souls may experience in the days or months preceding their disincarnation, their departure from Earth can only bring them joy, for the suffering of the flesh remains in the flesh. Upon freeing itself from the material burden it constructed and used for tens of years through the phenomenon called death, the spirit immediately feels relieved. The sensation that takes over is such that it wants to soar in space.

            The suffering faced by disincarnating souls is of a moral nature, which could have been motivated by an incorrect or less dignifying act towards their contemporaries. It can be said that in such cases their tranquility will be only relative; detachment from the body does not annul any committed infractions. Since infractions are indelibly imprinted in the conscience of discarnate souls, they will follow them in the planes in the beyond as a type of overload that prevents them from attaining a higher flight. Thus, it is highly important that everyone pays close attention to these ‘conscience cases’ because such spiritual baggage will have to be carried along. Do you have any idea what can happen to such conscience cases? They often feel impotent to move around on their new plane of life. The burdens that derive from their conscience often make them feel worn out and soil-bound.

            Among the many cases of souls who returned from Earth to the spirit world with overburdened consciences, I will try to relate one in particular. Possessing already a certain evolutionary degree, and therefore some luminosity, this soul allowed itself to be tempted by something on Earth which it would have quickly repelled in good conscience. Feeling morally dejected in the above because of the committed infraction, it would gladly return to Earth to suffer the same suffering it had caused to someone else, so as to liberate itself. Since unable to withstand its moral suffering any longer, it pleaded with its hierarchic superiors for permission to reincarnate. Looking tenderly at this soul and examining its innermost, the answering entity replied, “My daughter; what you are asking is completely impossible because divine laws do not allow souls to return to the earthly soil before a certain period of rest in the spirit world. That is necessary to allow souls to properly assimilate the knowledge and experiences that they acquired in the earthly soil. Therefore, my beloved, you need to remain here at least for the same period of time you lived on Earth for such assimilation to occur.”

Pausing momentarily to concentrate more profoundly, the entity continued, “But due to the magnitude of your regret, I asked the magnanimous Lord for a solution to your situation, receiving his inspiration that as of today, you shall become the spirit protector of the creature that you harmed on Earth, given that your conscience is causing you so much remorse. You shall descend to Earth to be near the person that you will have to protect during his permanence in the flesh. Whenever your efforts to protect this creature encounter obstacles, concentrate your thoughts on the Lord and ask for his help, certain that you will receive it. Go, then, my daughter; your guardian will accompany you to Earth where you shall fulfill your mission.”

            After fulfilling its mission-sentence on Earth, this soul returned to the spirit world almost twelve years later in company of the soul it had laboriously protected. They had become good friends; they became closely united in view of the goodness one provided the other as its spiritual protector. The stains had disappeared from its conscience, and its point of spiritual lights significantly amplified.

            It is a pleasure for us to observe the fellowship they formed; the saintly work of one conquered forever the friendship and gratitude of the other. Worthy of admiration is the solution given by the Lord of the World to the mortifying suffering of a soul who had failed on Earth. Instead of punishment, the Lord decided that it would return to Earth to help and protect the soul it had inconvenienced. This is a beautiful lesson to the earthly inhabitants of all times, esteemed readers.

            Next I will give you an idea about how to avoid involvement with the temptations that, found in all parts, have caused so much loss and suffering to the generations that have passed on Earth since times immemorial. The best way to avoid temptations is not just to resist them when they manifest themselves. Since in almost all cases of temptation manifestation a psychic involvement has already occurred, the remedies do not always work efficaciously. The best, if not the only way, is not to resist them, but to permanently avoid them. Since you may wonder how, it can be achieved through a permanent contact with the Superior Forces in the form of daily prayers at bedtime. Besides providing other great advantages to the spirit, prayers followed by some minutes of meditation establish a powerful shield against bad and unhealthy ideas, ideas that can cause harm both to those who acted upon them and to their victims. I want to make it quite clear that bad ideas do not benefit anyone in this world or any world in the universe.

            Ideas of violence against one’s fellowman, or against the works of Nature, which include animals, it is always detrimental to whoever gives continuity to them, given that their consequences can only bring suffering. Such ideas, irradiated either by sick or non-evolved mentalities in the inferior planes of the spirit world, and circulating in all parts in abundance, should be repelled by all sane minds. The best and only way to repel their negative vibrations has been indicated above. If men and women had knowledge of the innumerous virtues of nocturnal prayer and meditation, a countless number of infractions against divine laws would totally cease on Earth. Life on this small sphere would become then an authentic paradise, as is the case in worlds more advanced than Earth.

            In closing this chapter, I will speak about life in planes where the inhabitants have already acquired the constant habit of love for one another, who they consider to be just like themselves. Innate in all inhabitants of such planes of planetary life is a profound sentiment that the wellbeing and happiness of fellow beings is their own wellbeing and happiness. It is common for them to gather in the first hours of the day in places of great beauty, such as flowering parks, to greet one another and sing hosannas to the Creator. It is to such planes that many of my esteemed readers will ascend at the end of their current earthly life. It is during such occasions that they find out what some of the needs of others are and they provide what they may be missing. Such a habit has been in effect in such spheres, or planetary worlds, for many centuries. After they consume their morning meal, which consists of delicious fruits with high nutritional value, they then devote themselves to their respective occupations.

            Days in these already rather evolved spheres unfold in the most perfect vibrational harmony from the inhabiting souls. The great luminosity that they possess was acquired during millenniums of work and peregrination in different worlds. Included among them are worlds where they first affirmed themselves as conscious human beings to those that are relatively more evolved, such as Earth in the twentieth century. During their long, long peregrination, these luminous souls were able to eliminate all carbon residues from the jewel that they really are. Such residues still cover the luminosity of millions of souls who have been advancing in their march, like yourselves, esteemed readers, but mostly the larger number that, coming right behind you, fulfills more or less painful incarnations in worlds that are inferior to Earth.

            Now you have a glimpse of life and spiritual evolution of human beings in various planes of life, or worlds of apprenticeship. Such worlds are schools open in all parts of the universe to souls who need to progress and attain spiritual perfection.

Chapter XXXIX

The unending journey of souls – Objective of Jesus’ emissaries on earthly soil – A case like many others – Two daughters who were the father’s pride – Two marriages of interest – Consequences from lack of prayer

            The men and women that are on Earth in this end of century are here to complete the apprenticeship which they initiated millenniums ago in rather inferior worlds, so that they can this way soon ascend to a more elevated world. Human beings’ evolutionary process is very similar to the educational process in effect in all countries: students must first conclude an inferior course before they can access an immediate superior course. In general, the basic difference is that a year of studies by an earthly student corresponds to one, two or more incarnations of a spiritual being, which means two to three centuries of earthly life. This is so because the course is one hundred times more complex for spiritual beings, requiring good assimilation. All souls, which inhabit the countless planes of life which are disseminated throughout infinity, are destined to develop their latent faculties to a maximum as they go on evolving indefinitely, in an ever-ending journey.

            Possessing already a certain degree of knowledge and therefore some luminosity, the men and women who are currently on Earth should make a greater effort in the sense of correctly completing their apprenticeship on Earth. If they can do this through their own efforts, they will earn the right to join much happier planes of life which are waiting for them. The same thing that is happening to the inhabitants of this small sphere is also happening to the inhabitants of the planes mentioned above, as on their turn they prepare to ascend to different worlds, or much more refined planes of life.     

             Thus, the work of diffusing urgent advice to all human beings on Earth that is being done by me and other Jesus’ emissaries has two objectives. The first objective is to exhort everyone to pursue the moral improvement that they still lack, and the second is to warn them about the transformational operations taking place deep within the earthly soil, which could cause the end of the incarnation of many souls. As a reward for their efforts, those who prepare themselves properly and are able to perfectly concluded their earthly course will quickly find themselves transported to planes which will, at first, seem like a new world beyond their imagination. Such planes will seem to be an authentic heaven just opened up for them to live their lives, much more beautiful than paradise. These are the objectives of the Lord Jesus in sending some thousands of emissaries to Earth, so that they call on all men and women to fulfill the tasks they freely assumed in the above, for their exclusive benefit.

            The spirit that is speaking to you right now, whose remote past is known to many through Christianity’s history, joyfully accepted the Lord Jesus’ invitation to participate on this Great Crusade. It is an opportunity to help awaken your moral energies towards you real task, esteemed readers, which is a more rapid spiritual development. Although I have never learned the language I am now using in that it belongs to countries in which I did not have the venture to live, I try as much as possible to present my thoughts with images and words that are simple and comprehensible. But since I lived in a neighboring country, becoming familiarized with the Castilian idiom, I can easily dictate my thought in Castilian to my dear intermediary, who then writes it down fluently in Portuguese. This process is rather common in the above: an entity transmits thoughts in a certain language to a medium, and the medium telepathically records them in his native language.

            My main concern consists of trying to penetrate your most sensitive cells, so as to imprint in them the most perfect, pure and saintly sense of these written words for your exclusive benefit, esteemed readers, which is your quicker spiritual progress. Once this is achieved, I will consider myself as nobly compensated for my efforts towards everyone’s welfare. Although such a form of compensation may appear as a mere fantasy to some, it is very real. You yourselves will know it sometime in the near future, which could take up to a century. A century for spirits like us is a very short period of time, which is what you will become someday as new emissaries of the Lord next to your incarnate brothers and sisters. Then you will feel the joy in your hearts, felt by entities at goodness’ service, when you see your efforts being received and understood by those involved. The feeling of joy that such entities feel is enough to make them quite happy. On such occasions you will then be able to precisely evaluate the joy which I hope to feel in the near future, as a result of your paying attention and using what I came to write on this volume by the Lord Jesus’ determination.         

Even though I would like to describe to you the countless facts which involve the brothers who arrive constantly in the beyond for a shorter or longer period of time, in accordance with their individual needs and free-will, I will relate a case of one brother in view of its usefulness to everyone on Earth. It refers to the great efforts which many on Earth put into building solid fortunes as soon as they become of legal age. This particular brother was lovingly dedicated to the family which he constituted at a very young age. In his activities he pursued his great objective, and as he thought about it day and night in every possible way, his fortune began to grow slowly. Two beautiful daughters were then conceded to him by the divine Providence, making him very proud. He always thought of them when contemplating an opportunity to increase his fortune.

            This brother thought that a good fortune would certainly attract good husbands for his daughters, rich men who also enjoyed a good position in society, thus materializing his ideals. This is the type of life he lived, going to work and returning straight home to his family. His religious belief was that of his family’s tradition. Since on Sundays it was the noon mass that drew the best crowd, he often attended it accompanied by his wife and beautiful daughters. In his understanding, this was a way to show his family to his friends and acquaintances, who did likewise.        He did not worship the Superior Forces in any other way. He went to bed usually late at night always thinking about improving his finances. So he really succeeded at attaining his great objective. Attracting attention from his circle of acquaintances, it was with a joyful heart that he received two young college graduates as candidates to marry his daughters.

Many guests attended their pompous weddings amid a great deal of joy. After the first days of contentment had passed, he started to think about the future of his daughters, admitting he had a certain concern about the behavior and honorability of his sons-in-law. Although they had come from good families, they could not financially provide for their families. He decided to put this negative idea aside thinking that, if necessary, he would be ready to help them financially to prevent his daughters from facing difficulties. Since it indeed became necessary after a couple of months, he decided to set up an allowance for each daughter. He thought that it was better to go after their need than to wait for it to come to him. Since by their first wedding’s anniversary he had become responsible for almost the complete maintenance of their homes, he began to seriously worry about their future. What would happen if he died? If his sons-in-law did not make enough to support their families, what would become of his daughters and grand-children after he closed his eyes?

            Such thoughts seriously worried him, for although he had married his daughters to fine, well-educated men, their income was not enough to maintain their families. It was during one of such moments that he decided to make his sons-in-law his partners, certain that it would solve their financial situations. A written contract was then signed to bring his two sons-in-law, an engineer and a doctor, into his business as his partners. Since he had been able to make a fortune and create a solid business with just primary schooling, he figured that things would have to get better with two young ambitious professionals on board. Under his leadership, his business continued to prosper during the next four to five years. But although attentive, his partners were not punctual. As elected members of the Board of Directors, they enjoyed more the social aspect of it more, such as applause from the other members.

Our brother at this point was greatly more concerned and somewhat disillusioned with the future of his business. He had also begun to feel certain palpitations on his heart. After hardly eating at supper one evening, he felt a momentary indisposition and decided to rest for a while. But since he still intended to go out with his wife, who had been an excellent companion for many years and who always looked after him, he laid down on his bed without changing his clothes. But she found only his body when she went to wake him up about half-hour later, to her great surprise and profound displeasure; our brother had departed from Earth. A cardiac arrest had put an end to his material activities.

            As he now observed things from his plane of spiritual life, our esteemed brother saw how useless his main concern of making a fortune during his earthly life had been. He sadly verified some two years after he had returned to his plane in the beyond that the business he had formed on Earth with great sacrifice had closed. His sons-in-law decided to sell it and divide the proceeds because it was too inferior to their position of college graduates. As a result, his widow could no longer receive the allowance which he had left her by contract, and his daughters started to have constant misunderstandings with their husbands for lacking indispensable things to maintain their families.

            With this almost afflictive situation, he sought advice from one of the directing entities of his plane of life on how to help those he had left on Earth. The entity asked him how long it had been since he last had prayed to the Lord of the World for his family. He replied as follows: “I have to confess in all sincerity that I stopped praying when I started to worry about my business. I thought I would first consolidate my earthly life and then come back to the Lord.”

            The entity then said, “This is exactly why you did not receive the inspiration that you needed as your life unfolded, my son. Had you received such inspiration, your sons-in-law would have been others. Although surely more modest men, they would have been those who were meant to complete your family circle. Thus, my advice to you at the moment is to pray to the Lord night and day, asking for the necessary protection for those you left on Earth. Try to do now what you deemed unnecessary to do before, for it is never too late for one to pray. The Lord will certainly answer your request.”

   Chapter IV

Numerous seismic tremors are expected to occur – Disincarnating souls will be happily accommodated – Work in the beyond is also remunerated – Incarnate souls’ obligation – Count upon the Superior Forces – Work and thought

            When the Superior Forces decide that any of the many worlds which are inhabited by spiritual beings needs improvements, a rather long period of preparation follows so as to allow such beings to be meticulously informed about the approaching operations. Such improvements are currently taking place on Earth in order to adapt a good part of its soil to the needs of a population two or three times larger than the current population.

            At this point in time, almost all souls living on Earth are expected to be perfectly informed about what should happen in these final days of the century, and to take some measures as well. The Superior Forces absolutely do not have any intention of disturbing the tranquility of humans on Earth or of causing any suffering or moral preoccupation to them. The need to send a much larger contingent of souls to Earth who is waiting in the above for the opportunity to reincarnate exists already for many centuries. However, the conditions currently offered by this small sphere are not sufficient to lodge and feed such a large number of souls, who needs to acquire more light through a new peregrination on Earth.

This is why it is necessary to operate certain modifications on its surface. Many of its unproductive areas will be transformed into productive areas and many others adapted for the same purpose. Since this kind of operation can be executed only with agents of a violent nature, numerous seismic tremors with their normal consequences will more than likely take place. Given that the intention of the Superior Forces overseeing the ongoing operations is so great and beautiful, everything has been foreseen for souls whose current earthly existence will end to be properly received and accommodated in planes in the beyond. All men and women comprising the current civilization can remain absolutely calm, for the situation of those who will be called back to the spiritual planes will be one-hundred times more pleasant and happier.

            For example, the instinctive need that everyone has to get up early in the morning and go to work to be able to support themselves and their dependents in non-existent in spiritual planes. No, my brothers and friends; although work does exist in spiritual planes, it is milder and more pleasant. Given that there are no physical bodies to feed, all work is exclusively of a moral nature in such planes, designed to help those in need. Workers in the above receive compensation for their work in the form of lights and blessings and in accordance with their efforts. Pay there does not evaporate in the acquisition of food as it does on Earth; by definitely incorporating into the souls’ diadem, it becomes a constant incentive for them to continue to work.

            However, life in the beyond is not sufficient for souls to attain complete progress, for it lacks the knowledge and the experiences which only Earth can provide. Therefore, souls need peregrinations on Earth to be able to conclude their earthly apprenticeship. All of you, who are enjoying a new incarnation on this physical plane at the present time should congratulate yourselves in that you had to overcome a great deal of difficulties to obtain it, even though you cannot recall them. I believe that some of you, if not many, waited two to three centuries in the above before you received permission to reincarnate from the Superior Forces to reincarnate, agreeing then to fulfill a certain life program on Earth. Not even one human being reincarnated on Earth on his own or without assuming serious commitments before the Superior Forces. Not a chance, esteemed readers. All men and women of the present, including those who have already departed in the course of this century, have obligations. Such souls received permission for this new incarnation to search for the little they still need to be able to complete their earthly apprenticeship. It is expected then that all of you will profoundly meditate on this matter, so that you won’t be considered as negligent when you return from this earthly peregrination.

            Although I do not find it necessary to repeat the obligations you assumed before the Superior Forces prior to your descent here, which have been clearly exposed in other pages, I will nevertheless mention some of them. My objective here is to complete the awakening of your physical memories towards such obligations, which are already quite clear in your spiritual memories. All men and women of this century primarily promised to live their lives based on the sacred principles of truth and love for their fellowmen, which is the basis of all spiritual progress. They also solemnly promised to lead their lives on Earth in perfect harmony with the Superior Forces so as to deserve their support and protection in their actions. Another promise was that they would be fair and gentle with their journey companions, helping them whenever possible so that they too would receive their needed assistance.

            These are some of the promises which all incarnate souls of the present made in the above. For many of them this is like their last year of university, at the end of which they will receive their desired diploma. The only difference is that while earthly diplomas can be easily destroyed or lost, the admirable rewards which the Superior Forces grant to deserving souls in the above, together with new points of light, never get lost. Therefore, I would like to see all men and women assimilate this truth and immediately engage in the conquest of that beautiful spiritual reward which they will receive in the above during a most beautiful ceremony. So, if you are doing something that is not in harmony with the obligations you assumed in the above, it should be easy for you to correct such mistake and follow the right path. If you need any clarification or help you can utilize the means you are already familiar with to obtain it, namely daily prayer and meditation, which will put you in perfect contact with the Superior Forces. Daily prayer and meditation can operate even the most difficult of miracles, for your own benefit.

             Firm in your hearts the great truth that the Superior Forces will always answer the well-intentioned requests from souls on peregrination on Earth. By Superior Forces I refer to the highest source of goodness, which is our loved Jesus, the supreme chief of all of you and all of us, to whom we appeal when we need assistance for our contemporaries. Appeal then to the Superior Forces and transfer your problems to them; plead for their help in the fulfillment of your contracted duties and see then how difficult things become easy for you. This is what I came to say to you through the pages I am writing on Earth at the Lord Jesus’ service. If you sincerely feel that you are ready to follow the path which you promised to follow in the above, but have some doubts, use this infallible process: reread what has been written herein, certain that things from the above are rich in interpretation. Each reading shall reveal a new detail you had not picked up before.

            To end this chapter, I will talk about the easiest way in which humans can conduct themselves in their respective societies, with the minimum of difficulties or annoyance. It requires that each one visualizes a life-program that reflects his desire to live in harmony with all of his contemporaries. Each individual should live a self-sufficient life, making efforts in his work to meet his needs as well as those of his dependents. Behavior in the work-place should also be visualized. Since punctuality is appreciated by all persons in charge, my esteemed readers, you should not only be at your work-place half-hour ahead of time whenever possible, but also never stop your activities before the established time. Since employers hire people to work to fulfill their duties and not to engage in personal conversations, your behavior at the work-place should deserve you best attention. It is important for employees to well understand that the prosperity of a business comes from good performance on the part of all workers. When some employees disperse even a few minutes of the time they should dedicate to their work, it represents a loss to the progress of the company.

            Everyone, including us who live in the beyond, well knows that interest in sports by young incarnate people is forming a new mentality all over the world. However, this is not a justification for two or more employees to use part of their working time to discuss sports events, regardless of how important they may be. Besides distracting the attention of other fellow workers, employees who are unable to resist such temptation will not only show little interest in the task assigned by their superiors, but also probably prepare the way for their own dismissal. The spiritual principles which are widely diffused to souls in the above before they descend to Earth teach that they can reach the future more easily by assisting the work that they do with their thought. This means that the use of thought in the execution of one’s task makes it gentler and easier, remarkably contributing to one’s own prosperity.

            The opposite is true with employees that perform their duties while their thoughts are occupied with futile matters that should only be addressed outside the work-place. In fact, I want to inform you that in all work-places on Earth there are entities entrusted with registering the facts that take place, testing the loyalty of the workers. Some of you may have already seen the dismissal of faulty employees who did not meet the expectations of their superiors.  Employees who are devoted to the performance of their tasks are always rewarded by their correctness and efficiency. When this does not happen in the company they work for, invisible forces will bring new and better opportunities to them. Up to now no human being has lost anything for being correct and loyal to his work, regardless of the consequences. Thus, be equally correct and loyal to your work, esteemed readers, and you shall be largely rewarded.
